We arrived in London and spent five nights there before jumping on an Insight tour and spending 14 nights touring some of Europe's highlights (highly recommended). We then spent another five nights in Paris before heading back to Singapore then home.
I took my Canon 24-70mm f2.8L lens, paired with my Canon 5D MarkII body. There were times I would have loved to use the zoom of my 70-200mm (see next lot of images for such examples) but, overall and as usual, this combination was more than adequate for my shooting needs.
I shot in two formats: large RAW and small jpeg, and arrived home with just over 3,000 images to sort through. It's nearly five months later and I've only just finished the first round of post-processing. I ended up with almost one thousand I liked but I'm thinking I'll go back through them at some stage and decide if there are any croppable bits from those I didn't like as a whole image. I've uploaded quite a few on my Flickr page (there's a link at the top of this page if you'd like to see them) but will post a few of my favourites here, too.
